SDI Construction is a full-service general contracting firm that specializes in design/build, restoration, renovation and new construction for both commercial and residential properties throughout southeastern North Carolina. Founded in 1987 by Beth Pancoe, SDI Construction is an award-winning design/build firm headquartered in Wilmington, NC. North Carolina General Contracting License # 30031
